Thanks to Dave and the wonderful staff at the Kame and Kettle we are so happy to be bringing back this popular event!
Please join us for an informal social evening in support of the Vascular Anomalies Clinic at SickKids Hospital in Toronto. This clinic treats many rare and often under-represented forms of vascular diseases, including Complex Lymphatic Anomalies for both pediatric and adult populations. Our son, Will, is one of the pediatric patients of this clinic. He has a rare complex lymphatic anomaly that during flares causes lymphatic fluid to pool in his lungs becoming life threatening.
100% of proceeds from this evening's event will go directly to support this patient population. The treatments are often long, experimental, expensive, and highly specialized. This is the only major centre in Canada which offers some of the specialized treatments. The money will be directed towards both patient care and disease research.
The evening will include a complimentary pint crafted by the talented brew masters at the Kame and Kettle brewery from hops grown on our family property. There will also be light snacks to nibble as you mingle amongst friends.
Entry is by donation and there are a very limited number of tickets available. Any amount is acceptable. We have given a general guideline of between $50-$75/per individual ticket; however, if you feel so inclined you may exceed that amount. Donations will receive a tax receipt from The Hospital for Sick Children.
We extend our most sincere gratitude for your support of this specialized patient population, one of whom is very important to us.
We look forward to raising a glass with you soon!
Kevin and Jen
**PLEASE NOTE HOW MANY PEOPLE WILL BE ATTENDING IN THE "LEAVE A MESSAGE FIELD" AT THE TIME OF DONATION.
This allows you to make a single donation for multiple tickets AND we can issue the correct number of tickets to your party**
